Responsibilities

• Lead the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
• Deliver an inspiring client journey, build client relationships, and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback, and individual action plans.
• Support store operations, including cash activity, inventory, logistics, reporting, and back-of-house organization.
