Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer beauty goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds exchanges and enroll customers in rewards programs
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment for customers
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through trainings
