Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager combines customer-focused selling with education to create personalized beauty experiences and achieve sales goals. This role provides makeup applications and skincare recommendations while building customer relationships in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Apply makeup, assess skincare needs, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the counter organized and customer-ready, process transactions, and build customer loyalty.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer concern resolution skills.
• Ability to contribute to an inclusive team environment and use networking and technology to support sales.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, use hands frequently, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
