Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges while building customer loyalty
- Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Train and collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Use networking and technology to grow customer following
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns proactively
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort in a commissioned sales environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Physical ability to be on feet for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Experience in retail beauty or related customer-facing role preferred
