Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell products using in-store and digital channels including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize sales results
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals and track performance
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Keep counter organized, clean and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application and skincare
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect and handle concerns
- Excellent multitasking, organization and follow-through abilities
- Drive to meet sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
