The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales for assigned luxury beauty brands. This role combines customer service, product education, digital selling, and counter operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customers' goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Schedule and execute vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges; build customer loyalty and maintain a customer-ready counter.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and training.

Requirements

• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to pursue sales goals, use networking and technology, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
