Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and personalized product recommendations
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools (text and social media)
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Coach and collaborate with team members to deliver inclusive customer experiences
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends
• Proven ability to connect with customers, build loyalty, and work in a commissioned sales environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and team collaboration skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform frequent reaching and bending
