Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Set and achieve individual and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and counter activities
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Handle sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and assist customers with loyalty account enrollment
• Ensure the counter is organized, clean, and customer-ready

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and foster an inclusive environment
• Proven multitasking, organization, follow-through, and a drive to meet sales goals in a commissioned environment
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours per shift, frequently bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 25 pounds
