The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences and drives sales for an assigned luxury beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales with coaching and counter operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products to meet customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready counter and build customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
