Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager oversees sales and customer experiences for an assigned beauty brand at the store counter, blending hands-on selling, makeup and skincare application, and team collaboration to meet sales targets and drive customer loyalty. This role requires strong product knowledge, vendor partnership, and the ability to sell both in-store and digitally through social media and text. The manager also handles scheduling for events and ensures the counter is organized and customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new customer accounts
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
