Responsibilities- Lead the beauty sales effort by assisting customers with their needs throughout the Beauty Department and Store.
- Support other associates with product knowledge and closing sales when appropriate.
- Develop customer relationships by consistently delivering high levels of service as the beauty expert and store representative.
- Utilize technology tools and clientele resources to establish, develop, and maintain client relationships.
- Help manage stock and communicate any opportunities with selling trends and out of stock/overstocked merchandise.
- Communicate with the Sales Manager and vendor all customer feedback relating to the vendor’s products.
- Maintain visual standards of the vendor and the store.
- Work with the store’s visual team as needed to ensure the area is properly merchandised.
- Maximize relationships to ensure successful planning and execution of events.
Requirements- Knowledgeable in developing a clientele base and possess strong sales, customer service, merchandising, and organizational skills.
- Product knowledge and consultation experience required.
- Motivated with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Exceptional with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
