Seeking a Beauty Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in a luxury beauty environment at a University Village location. The role focuses on product knowledge, client engagement, and maintaining a premium store presentation. This is a full time in-store position reporting to the store management team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess their beauty needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product features and provide personalized recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on client care
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure displays are stocked and tidy
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
• Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments
• Participate in store meetings and training to stay informed on product knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for beauty products and trends with product knowledge
• Ability to work a flexible full time schedule including weekends
• Customer focused with a professional and polished appearance
