Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and execute brand expectations on the sales floor
• Participate in team training and utilize technology to enhance shopping experiences
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery methods
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently maintained
• Represent a collaborative environment centered on the customer

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
