Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery, collaborating with RH Interior Design to assess needs and deliver curated interior solutions. Own the full client experience from initial contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base and achieving fiscal goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services and offerings
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and meet sales/fiscal targets
• Support gallery visual and quality standards and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture/luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• Strong relationship skills, organization, collaboration, and results orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication and proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stock room, and office; licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
