Provide an elevated luxury retail experience for Jimmy Choo customers at the Seattle Premium Outlets. Drive sales through exceptional clienteling, product knowledge, and community engagement while supporting store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after the sale
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships and act as a brand ambassador
• Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge for shoes and accessories
• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times
• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
• Self-starter with the ability to drive results and meet sales targets
• Customer-service focused sales professional with strong engagement skills
• Curious, motivated, and technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit
