Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to meet and exceed store standards
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Accurately take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure flawless finished products
• Maintain presentation standards on the sales floor and in the back office
• Manage inventory controls and support store operations
• Train and mentor managers and associates and support event setup and execution
• Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales

Requirements

• High school diploma
• State licensure or certification as an optician
• 2+ years sales experience in the luxury service industry
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices
• Proven ability to build and maintain a client following
• Polished appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
