• Engage customers to build relationships and drive in-store and digital sales using tools like text and social media
• Set and achieve personal sales targets and support department sales objectives
• Book appointments and promote beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while enrolling customers in rewards programs
• Keep the beauty area organized, clean, and customer-ready
