Beauty Sales - Bellevue Square

Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and makeup or skincare applications to create exceptional customer experiences. Engage with customers to understand their needs and drive sales for luxury beauty brands both in-store and through digital channels. Maintain product and industry knowledge while contributing to a welcoming team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve individual sales targets through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media
• Book appointments, drive sales for beauty events and services, and build customer loyalty
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards account enrollment
• Keep the beauty department organized, customer-ready, and collaborative with team members

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends with makeup application and skincare knowledge
• Excellent customer service, strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
