Deliver personalized beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare consultations, and product recommendations for Chanel. Engage customers in-store and digitally to build relationships and meet sales targets. Support a collaborative team environment while staying current on beauty trends and brand trainings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on individual customer goals
• Engage customers to build loyalty and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges accurately and maintain department organization and cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, proactively handle concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through; interest in using technology and social media for selling
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
