Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend appropriate products
• Engage customers to understand their beauty needs and build a customer following
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer ready
• Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
