Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury fragrance environment by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare analyses, and driving sales both in-store and digitally. Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend appropriate products
- Engage customers to understand their beauty needs and build a customer following
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer ready
- Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
