Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell on trend and luxury beauty products
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use text and social media to support digital selling and build customer following
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Keep current with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capable of standing and moving continuously for 6 to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
