Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and drive sales both in-store and through digital channels including text and social media
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while promoting rewards program enrollment
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
- Meet and strive to exceed sales goals and performance targets
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service skills and ability to connect with customers

- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
