Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to retail clients on the sales floor
• Actively drive sales and meet commission targets through product recommendations
• Maintain strong knowledge of menswear products and current inventory
• Create a welcoming and polished shopping experience for customers
• Assist with visual merchandising and keeping the sales floor organized
• Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Customer focused with a professional appearance
• Comfortable working on a commission based compensation plan
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks on the sales floor
