Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you act as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience and building long-term client relationships. You will drive individual and team sales, achieve KPIs, and provide personalized service through product knowledge and attentive care.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and deliver an exceptional in-store client journey.
• Capture and maintain client data in CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Embrace omni-channel selling and proactively cross-sell across departments to maximize sales.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising, following operational and stock procedures.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate to the line manager when necessary.
• Contribute to store security and loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Passion for selling and strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships and delivering personalized service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English required, additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with resilience and result-driven motivation.
• Solid product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends and competitors.
