Client Advisor - Fashion Valley

Summary

Deliver the Tiffany Experience to clients as a Client Advisor at the Fashion Valley store in San Diego. Act as a brand ambassador who develops and deepens client relationships while driving commercial results. Use clienteling, personalized service, and styling to create memorable in-store moments and encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Embodies the Tiffany brand and delivers memorable client experiences using the Tiffany Touch.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and cultivate repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Drive sales through discovery, styling, and promotion of key product pillars.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities and act on client feedback to elevate the in-store experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and ability to connect with clients.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and proficiency in multiple languages are desired.
