Seasonal Team Members represent the brand and create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They support client service, sales floor readiness, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide assistance, and deliver personalized hospitality.
• Support engraving, waiting lists, and communication about potential service issues.
• Box and wrap purchases, replenish supplies, and keep point-of-sale stations and sales floor areas organized.
• Assist with store operations, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
