Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand in client interactions and help create memorable experiences during the holiday season. They provide hospitality and practical support to sales and store operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, supporting a personalized experience through hospitality and store amenities.
• Assist with engraving, manage the floor waiting list, and keep hospitality areas stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Communicate potential service issues to management and support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishment, and point-of-sale functions.
• Support operational procedures, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment and serve a diverse client base.
