Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

Supports store operations through merchandise handling, inventory organization, and fulfillment of customer orders. Helps maintain merchandise standards and supports store events and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, transfer, and handle inbound and outbound merchandise.
• Pack and ship online and in-store customer orders, and complete merchandise placements and price changes.
• Manage reticketing, damages, inventory control, back stocking, and stockroom organization.
• Support visual merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store event setup and takedown.
• Follow safety procedures and complete daily store operations tasks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds for certain roles.
