Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge. The role also supports store operations including inventory, shipping and receiving, and point-of-sale procedures while maintaining store presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals through elevated levels of service
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and market trends
• Build and maintain repeat clientele using clienteling tools and follow-up
• Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests
• Maintain stockroom and selling floor organization and participate in physical inventories
• Assist with shipping/receiving protocols, paperwork, and POS/register functions
• Adhere to work schedule, time and attendance, and participate in trainings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury market
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk frequently during shifts
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and strict adherence to sales policies
