Responsibilities

• Lead by example with exceptional individual sales performance and elevated client service.
• Support onboarding and development of new Client Advisors and share product expertise.
• Cultivate and grow a personal client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Use digital tools to optimize business opportunities and support front and back-of-house teams.
• Maintain store standards and adhere to operational procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fashion, accessories, luxury retail, customer service, or hospitality delivering high-quality client-focused service.
• Proven record of strong sales results and ability to meet individual KPIs.
• Passion for fashion with product knowledge and ability to create personalized looks.
• Team-oriented, proactive, able to multitask and learn new technologies; strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and motivated to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
