Summary

Deliver personalized beauty experiences by engaging customers to understand their hair and skincare needs and recommending appropriate products and services. Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses while driving both in-store and digital sales. Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new rewards accounts to build customer loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment and keep the department organized and clean

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, including makeup application, skincare, and current trends
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with customers and handle concerns empathetically
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfort with continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
