As a Beauty Sales Associate at the Houston Galleria, you will be part of the Nordstrom Beauty community, creating personalized beauty experiences for customers. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and maximize sales in on-trend and luxury beauty brands.

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer beauty goals.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
