Summary

Deliver personalized beauty experiences while selling luxury beauty products in Nordstrom's Beauty Department. Help customers find products suited to their beauty goals, build customer loyalty, and contribute to in-store and digital sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products through training.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and encourage enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills, with an interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts, frequently handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
