Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations to drive in-store and digital sales. Engage customers, build loyalty, book appointments, and support beauty events while maintaining a clean, customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, perform skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Engage customers to build relationships and drive sales both in-store and via digital tools including text and social media.
• Book appointments and promote sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with rewards enrollment.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness and stay current on beauty trends through training.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with customers empathetically and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through with a drive to achieve sales goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
