Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment.
• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, stay informed about beauty products and trends, and process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Build customer loyalty and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
