Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, customer-focused service and help create an inspiring shopping experience. They support sales goals, share product and styling knowledge, and contribute to an inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and connect with customers through available programs.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, back-of-house, and visual standards.
• Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in company training and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, remain active on the sales floor, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
