Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
