Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend products from on-trend and luxury brands
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texts and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Enroll customers in loyalty programs to build repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
