Beauty Sales - Natick Mall

As a Beauty Sales associate at Natick Mall, you will be part of the Nordstrom Beauty Department, creating personalized beauty experiences and maximizing sales in on-trend and luxury beauty brands. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and build a customer following both in-store and digitally.

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep it customer-ready.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
