Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products.
• Engage customers to understand needs and build customer loyalty.
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels.
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services.
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department.
• Use selling tools including text and social media to grow customer following.
