Summary
Provide personalized lingerie fitting and styling services to build customer confidence and loyalty through in-store and digital interactions. Deliver exceptional customer relationships, meet sales goals, and support department presentation and operations. Participate in continuous learning and collaboration with team and brand consultants to maintain product knowledge and fitting expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings using measurements and fit guidance in the fitting room.
- Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback to customers.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital communication.
- Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance incentives.
- Use networking tools such as text and social media to drive sales.
- Assist with merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department.
- Collaborate with team members and brand consultants on training and product knowledge.
- Support order filling and other operational needs.
