Summary

Join the beauty team to deliver personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis and product recommendations while driving sales both in-store and digitally. Roles include Beauty Sales, Beauty Stylist and Counter Manager positions supporting multiple luxury brands at the Tysons Corner Center location.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and recommend products and services
• Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to be customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive welcoming environment
• Occasionally perform duties in different departments as needed

• Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
• Empathy and respect for customers during makeup and skincare services
• Strong multitasking, organization and follow through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
