Sales Associate - Tysons Corner Center

Summary

Join the store team at Tysons Corner Center to support sales and customer service across multiple departments including handbags, jewelry and accessories, women's and men's apparel, women's shoes, kids apparel and shoes, and lingerie. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting with merchandising and supporting store operations during a high-volume hiring event and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor to drive sales and deliver excellent service
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations within assigned departments
• Operate point of sale to complete transactions and process returns
• Support merchandising including stocking, organizing, and maintaining displays
• Help with fitting room assistance and ensuring a tidy sales floor
• Participate in inventory tasks including stock replenishment and cycle counts
• Contribute to team goals and assist with on the spot hiring event interviews as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
• Customer focused with a professional appearance and positive attitude
