Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and services in a department setting, driving sales and customer loyalty through makeup applications, skincare analyses, and digital selling. Engage customers with expertise in ontrend and luxury beauty brands while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet departmental needs and support events and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
• Engage customers in-person and digitally to build a following and drive sales
• Set and achieve sales goals using tools such as text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer rewards accounts and build customer loyalty
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to connect with customers and handle concerns with empathy
• Multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
• Drive to meet sales targets and use networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds
