Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals.
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
- Use text and social media for digital selling and to build a customer following.
- Set and achieve sales goals and participate in performance based incentives.
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness.
- Keep up with product knowledge and brand trainings.
