Summary

Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare consultation, and product recommendations to drive in-store and digital sales. Engage customers, build loyalty, and support beauty events while maintaining a welcoming and organized department environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
  • Recommend products and services from luxury beauty brands to maximize sales
  • Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
  • Use digital tools including text and social media to sell and build customer following
  • Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
  • Maintain department cleanliness and customer readiness

  • Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
