Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Engage customers to build loyalty and open new rewards program accounts
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to be customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer service and ability to connect with and support customers
