Provide personalized beauty experiences by conducting makeup applications and skincare analyses, engaging customers both in-store and digitally, and driving sales for luxury beauty brands. Maintain department readiness through organization and product knowledge while booking appointments and supporting beauty events and services.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and a following in-store and online
- Set and achieve sales goals including digital selling using text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Keep the beauty department organized, clean, and customer ready
- Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving
- Empathy and respect when providing beauty services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
