Provide personalized luxury beauty consultations and services including makeup application and skincare analysis to drive sales both in-store and digitally while maintaining a welcoming department environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and a customer following in-store and through digital channels
- Set and achieve sales goals and utilize selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers empathy and respect
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in using networking and technology
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for fine manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
