• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media tools to engage and grow customer base
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, and remerchandise the department
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Flexibly perform duties in other departments as business needs require
